Using Lot Aging Report

1. When you first enter the Lot Aging Report option a Select A Location window will appear with the following choices:

• EXIT – Select Exit to return to the Inventory menu.
• ALL LOCATIONS – Select ALL LOCATIONS to generate the report for all locations.
• A list of all locations defined in the system.

Select one, several, or ALL locations to generate the report. Scroll to your selection and press Enter to confirm or select EXIT to return to the Inventory menu.

2. A Select A Sort window will display with the following sort order options:

• Location - Item - Lot
• Item - Location - Lot
• Location - Lot

Scroll to the appropriate sort order and press Enter to confirm your selection or select Exit to return to the Inventory menu.

3. The following message will display: "Page break by location? No/Yes?"

• Select no if you do not want a page break for each location.
• Select yes to print each location on a separate page.
